How do I apply to rent?

It's easy - first just check the list of Suburbs Serviced, then call us on (07) 3378 0533.  We will give you all the information you need, and if you want to go ahead we can take an applicaton from you while we're on the phone.

What information will you need from me when I apply to rent?

You will need to supply:

  • personal details
  • residential, landlord or real estate agent details
  • three personal references and their names, addresses and telephone numbers    
  • employment details / income provider.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

No, there is no charge for delivery.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No, there is no deposit.

What happens if I move?

Under the terms of our contract you must tell us if you are moving our rental equipment.  Depending on where you are relocating, we can move the items for you or you can have them moved yourself, but this can be discussed when you call us.

What happens if my rental appliance breaks down?

Just call us and we will arrange to get it repaired, fixed or replaced, depending on what the problem is.  No expense to you of course - that's one of the many benefits of renting!  (The only time there may be a charge is if there has been a breakage or damage has been caused other than normal wear and tear.)

How can I make rental payments?

We have payment facilities set up for Direct Debit or Centrelink Centrepay, and payment days are arranged with you to suit your pay days, generally either weekly or fortnightly. 

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes, the person whose name is on the application needs to be at home to accept delivery of the products and sign the documentation required.
